Hello!

My name is Cassandra Rose Bachman. I’m a designer specializing in user experience and conversational AI.

I've picked up so many skills over my career, but my strongest ability is still that I'm an incredibly fast learner. I started in Graphic Design as a branding specialist working for print production. I've done layout design for books, asset design for card games, and logo design for all sorts of companies across every sector. With the shifting trend to digital I leveraged my customer experience as a freelancer and my information architecture experience as a designer to transition to web design.

Today I call myself a Content Strategist. I seek out work that allows me to move fluidly between all facets of content development, design, and management.

Since 2019 I’ve focused on building a niche in conversational AI, an emerging technology in digital tools. I'm a subject matter expert in all things chatbot: writing, training, user interface, testing, analytics, architecture, accessibility, and development. I've built chatbots from the ground up both solo and as a large team working for major government websites. I have experience in many of the major AI platforms and have developed best practices in the field of AI training that are the standard used by my company.

I never expected to end up in AI when I started as a designer, but my journey has built a solid foundational understanding of conversational user experience and how best to innovate with a constantly evolving technology.

My many eclectic skills help build websites and digital tools that are not only thoughtful and appealing in their design, but considerate of the needs of the user. Flexibility and the ability to learn are the most powerful tools at my disposal, and I am excited to grow alongside this high potential technology.
